Eigene Unsicherheiten und fehlende Interventionsideen k\u00f6nnen leicht zur \u00dcberforderung und Hilflosigkeit f\u00fchren. Um Handlungssicherheit zu erlangen, ist ein professioneller und reflektierter Umgang mit Konflikten notwendig. Neben theoretischen Grundlagen zu Eskalationsstufen von Konflikten, Konflikttypen und Deeskalationsmethoden der Mediation, werden pers\u00f6nliche Konfliktmuster reflektiert und eigene Arbeitskonflikte betrachtet.
